How Do I Open a Support Ticket?

If you use Angelfish Software v2.4+, please use the new Help Center:

You must be an Angelfish admin to create a support ticket.

If you're not an Angelfish admin, you can send your question to your admins via the "Ask Your Administrator" link in the Help menu, in the lower left of the reporting screen.


Pre-Sales Support

We provide full support for all trial versions. If you run into issues or have any questions, here's how you can contact our support team:

Via Angelfish

Login to your Angelfish installation as an admin, click the "Configure" icon on the left side navbar, then click the "Click to Open a New Support Case" link in the About tab.  Please describe the issue in the form fields and click the Submit button.

Via the Support Website

If you're having installation issues or if your Angelfish instance can't access the Internet, please fill out the support form:

Priority Support

Priority Support customers can also use our website chat feature to get quick answers to questions. Look for the "Live Chat" popup in the lower left corner"

Support via website chat is only available to Angelfish administrators who have Priority Support. If you'd like to add Priority Support to your Angelfish subscription, please contact us.
