How Do I Open a Support Ticket?

We provide full support for all trial versions. If you run into issues or have any questions, here's how you can contact our support team:

Via Angelfish

Login to your Angelfish installation as an admin, click the "Configure" icon on the left side navbar, and click the "Click to Open a New Support Case" link in the About tab. Please describe the issue in the form fields and click the Submit button.

Via the Support Website

If you're having installation issues or if your Angelfish instance can't access the Internet, please fill out the support form:
(you'll need your serial code)

If Neither of the Above Options Work...

Please fill out the contact form on our website & we'll route the request accordingly:
